Change the World from the Inside Out!
The second World Wellness Weekend-New Mexico will be held at the Albuquerque Convention Center March 8-9, featuring the highly respected Deepak Chopra, hailed by TIME Magazine in 1999 as one of the top 100 icons and heroes of the century and Marianne Williamson, an internationally acclaimed author and speaker. In December 2006, a NEWSWEEK magazine poll named Marianne Williamson one of the fifty most influential baby boomers.
Singer, songwriter and social activist, Michael Franti will entertain and uplift with his brand of conscious music in a special acoustic performance. Franti has over 8 CD’s out with his band, Spearhead, and a powerful film about the human cost of war, I Know I’m Not Alone. In the film, which will be screened at the Wellness Expo, Franti travels to Iraq, Israel and Palestine with his guitar, a few friends and some cameras. Other projects include a yoga DVD, and a newly released children’s book, What I Be.
The master of relationship wellness, John Gray, author of Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus and his newest book, Why Venus and Mars Collide (Jan. '08 release), will be our special guest presenter on Sat. On Sunday fitness guru, Bill Phillips, founder of EAS, will give all attendees to his presentation FREE copies of the world's bestselling fitness book, and his cookbook, Body for LifeEating for Life. Bill will challenge the audience to get their bodies and minds in shape in 2008 with his easy to follow program that has helped thousands of people worldwide reach their mental and physical potential.
In her first ever Albuquerque appearance, Niurka will engage the audience with her highly energetic and entertaining presentation using her Laws of Supreme Influence. The financial aspect of wellness will be addressed by Peak Potentials top trainer, Rob Riopel, presenting T. Harv Eker's Secrets of the Millionaire Mind. Ed Mercer, self-made millionaire at age 27, philanthropist and environmental activist will discuss his projects. Author of Life's Golden Ticket, prominent Life Coach, and leadership speaker, Brendon Burchard, will inspire the audience with his energy and integrity.
The Wellness Expo, with over 125 cutting edge exhibitors is an interactive event, which includes the opportunity to test drive the new hybrid vehicles at Toyota's Highway to the Future Mobile Hybrid Experience. World Wellness is committed to sustainable living practices, so please

The Expo's workshops and classes feature Albuquerque's own Vasant Lad, one of the world's foremost authorities on Ayurvedic medicine; and Max Simon's selfcentered program of meditation and self-awareness classes sponsored by Zrii-World Impact. World Wellness is committed to

wellness including environmental, financial, and social as well
as the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Music, film and other special events add to the festive atmosphere of World Wellness Weekend.
