Celebrate Sustainable Santa Fe - A People, Planet & Prosperity Phestival,
is a multi-dimensional interactive event exploring lifestyles of
wellness and sustainability featuring nationally known music &
speakers, a interactive product & services Expo with over 100 booths and 40
classes, Toyota Prius test drives courtesy of Beaver Toyota, a KidSpace/Youth Action Center with activities for kids of all ages and a rooftop terrace cafe'
and lounge featuring Santa Fe Brewing's micro-brews and wine overlooking the mountains of Santa Fe.
The $15 Expo Day Pass includes all Main Stage speakers, entertainment, classes, Expo and all other activities from 9:30am-7:00pm daily (does not include Evening Concerts). Kids under 12 get FREE Expo Day Pass. Evening Concert Passes that include a FREE Expo Day Pass are $29 for a single day ($35 at the door) or $44 for the whole weekend ($50 at the door). This festive event features evening concerts with New Mexico favorites, Big Head Todd & the Monsters Sunday evening and on Saturday evening reggae music with Tosh Meets Marley, featuring Fully Fullwood, Tony Chin, Karl Wright and other members of the Bob Marley and Peter Tosh bands. Celebrate Sustainable Santa Fe is honored to present Santa Fe icon, Paolo Soleri, speaking about his work of “arcology”: architecture coherent with ecology. Soleri, who just celebrated his 90th birthday in June, is the designer for Santa Fe’s famous Paolo Soleri Amphitheater. He is also the founder and designer of Arcosanti-a 5000 person experimental town under construction in central Arizona designed to be an alternative to urban sprawl.
John Robbins
The Celebration is also happy to present food activist, John Robbins, thebestselling author of Diet for a New America, The Food Revolutionand Healthy at 100. Robbins is the only son of the founder of the Baskin-Robbins ice cream empire who walked away from it's fortunes to discover the deeper American Dream of wellness and sustainability. His presentations about healthy and socially responsible eating have changed thousands of lives around the world.
Amory Lovins, co-founder of the Rocky Mountain Institute, author of Natural Capitalism and 28 other books, has been praised by Newsweek magazine as "one of the Western world's most influential energy thinkers" will present his perspective of sustainability.
America's #1 Populist, Jim Hightower, national radio commentator and author of Swim Against the Current-Even a Dead Fish Can Go With the Flow and the NY Times Bestseller Thieves in High Places willentertain and educate with his fiery and funny presentation.
Other speakers and entertainment includes the powerful and dynamic transformational expert, Niurka, whose high energy presentation will unite hearts and
minds to create peace and prosperity. She will share her story of going from being a homeless teen drop-out to celebrated CEO.
The audience will be inspired
into action by Aqeela Sherrills, peacemaker, community organizer, co-founder of TheForgiveness Project, The Community Self-Determination Institute and also Amer-I-Can which Aqeela founded with former NFL football star, Jim Brown. Aqeela may be best know for brokering a peace treaty between rival Los Angeles gangs, the Bloods and the Crips.
On Sat. morning, Opening Ceremonies will be conducted by the founding director of HAMAATSA, Larry Littlebird. A Pueblo Indian, Larry has worked extensively over the last 35 years as a corporate trainer, executive coach and executive director, education specialist and national speaker. Camilla Bustamante, Director of the Environmental Science Degree Programs at Northern New Mexico College will open up the day on Sunday. The organic progressive, hip hop reggae music with RUBIXZUand the soulful sounds of Paul Rivers Bailey, will keep the energy moving.

techniques, learn permaculture gardening techniques, experience
acupuncture, sample nutritional drinks, learn how to convert to solar
energy, shop for organic, local and freetrade goods, discuss concerns
with local professionals, and eat, drink and be merry in our eco-friendly
cafe' with Santa Fe Brewing and other local establishments. Attendees will also be able to choose from 50 free classes over the weekend to
gain more in depth knowledge about various topics that cultivate
sustainability - from the personal to the planetary.

Office. Prices are $15 for an Expo Day Pass (includes all activities except Evening Concerts), $29 adv/$35 door for a Single Day Pass (includes Evening Concert that day) and $44 adv/$50 door for a Weekend Pass that includes both Evening Concerts. VIP passes that include special front of house seating for the concerts and access to the VIP lounge are also available. Tickets will be available at the door for a higher price until sold out.
